Women in Government Relations is committed to offering financial assistance in the form of free registration to a limited number of selected applicants. The scholarship is aimed to remove the financial barrier to attendees for the Annual Meeting for students, recent graduates and those in a transitional period in their career. Application Deadline: August 18, 2024

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline for the conference is Friday, September 6, 2024. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund of the fee paid less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the WGR Office by the attendee or credit card holder.

Cancellations made on or after Saturday, September 7 will not be eligible for a refund, but may be transferred to another person.

All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, WGR staff members, service providers, and all others are expected to abide by this Event Code of Conduct. Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at WGR events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to WGR’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs and videotapes.
